Delete your account

How to delete your account and related data for "うどんタウン" (developer: Nosuke Lab.). Guest accounts can be deleted the same way.

Delete in the app

  1. Open the app and go to the "My Page" tab
  2. Tap the gear icon on your profile card to open Settings
  3. Tap "Delete Account" and confirm

Delete on the web

  1. Sign in at udontown.com
  2. Open "My Page"
  3. Click "Delete Account" and confirm

If you cannot use the app or the website

Email support@udontown.com from your registered email address with the subject "Account deletion request". After verifying your identity, we will delete your account, normally within 7 days.

Data that is deleted

  • Account information (email address, display name, profile, and linked sign-in information)
  • Udon records (posts, ratings, comments) and uploaded photos
  • Want-to-go list, likes, follows and followers, and titles

Data that is not deleted

  • Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone
  • Information we are legally required to keep is retained only for the required period
  • Usage data sent to analytics and advertising services (Firebase, PostHog, Google AdMob) is retained in a non-identifying form under each service’s retention period
