さぬきうどん 溜

First time? Most self-service shops work in this order.

1. 1At the counter, say the size (small, large, etc.) and whether you want it hot or cold
2. 2At some shops, you warm the noodles yourself in a strainer basket (tebo)
3. 3Help yourself to tempura or rice balls and put them on a plate
4. 4Pay at the register. Many shops take cash only, so bring coins and small bills
5. 5Add the broth, soy sauce, green onions and tempura flakes yourself
6. 6When you finish, return your dishes to the return counter

The order differs from shop to shop. If unsure, just ask the staff.
